“This month is not a good month to climb hill” “It’s a rainy month” My friend keep telling me..

Last Sunday, I woke up early, (what I mean early is 3:30 in the morning) with the intention to climb broga hill with my dear friends. And, true enough, I paid the price for being stubborn. IT REALLY RAINED!! But, I really wanna climb that hills that everyone talking about mah… =_________=”

Left us with no choice, we decided to head to Cheras to have our DimSum Breakfast. We then threw in some suggestions on the alternative plan and end up our way to Ampang, Look Out Point.

And, good enough, the rain stopped after we had our breakfast..

We then headed to waterfall, and itelyou.. I fell in love with the place. It was so nice, cooling, and a good place closed to nature. The entrance to the waterfall is RM1 per person, and it’s quite cheap for the maintenance of the place.

But, too bad we were in our long pants and sport shoes. Hence, we can’t went into the water. The only things I could do was these.

We spend our time there, took photo, blended ourselves to the nature, and then headed to our next stop, dam nearly the waterfall. <3 it.

Anyway, really a nice day.. A good weekend short trip. And, still BROGA HILL, we will be back.. And, friends, I will let you know 3 days in advance. Need to see the weather forecast first..wth..

and, I was thinking of buying headlight and a pink colour rain coat..

What’s up lately?

I had been thinking of how to put up my blog as there were too many things to update here.. Life had been busy recently with lots of activites going on. And, I was in the state of neglecting my blog. charmz..

Attended Yuki’s wedding at Tanjung Sepat 29th May 2010 (like.. wth.. now only I update. And it’s already 20th June)

and, my colleague “gave birth” during the wedding dinner..

haha.. so cute.. Too much food, stomach too full dy.. lol..

Received a lot a lot of stickers from my colleague.. Hey.. I WAS a sticker collector, you know. If only people still using slow mail, and penpal column still very much ”exist”.. oppss.. maybe it’s still exist , you lucky penpal of mine, will received a letter from me with a lot a lot of stickers stick on it. Too bad.. it’s just out of style dy to write letter.

Met up with Alex last month 31st May 2010.. Whom I last saw many many many years ago- childhood friend. Phew.. we had grown so much..

The whole world is watching, I must watch also la.. Went to Club7 to watch the first match of World Cup. South Africa vs Mexico. (And, I supported South Africa, don’t ask me why).. 1-0 -my prediction of the game) and, it went all wrong. Bye Bye my hoegaarden.. As the pub had a promotion that night. Whoever guess the score correct will get their drink double up for free. Means buy 1 free 1 . .

Never mind. No hoegaarden, at least I’ve got a WC Cap for free. Happy..

Went to Kok Nin’s wedding yesterday. And, the whole event towards the end look like a concert. With colleagues singing and we cheering downstage.. Have fun..

And, my colleague, ate fried rice straight from the tong.. lol..

My first time Karaoke with Mom today.. Enjoy ourselves. And, I told her I am bringing her along to clubbing next time.. huahaha..

MPSJ 10 km Run

1 hour 15 minutes.. That was the time I took to finish 10 km.. Albeit it was a bit slow as my targeted time was 1 hour I did enjoy myself very much..

minus the kam pua noodle and nasi lemak that I took after the run. Sien.. make me fat again after that..

But, it was so tempting.. you see…

I am not lying.. :’(

We reached MPSJ around 7 am and started light body warmed up before the gun went off at 7:30 am zhun zhun..

why light body warm up? Cannot meh? I was busy posing for photo.. =_____=” and no time to do warm up..

I realised I really gain weight.. not good..

The first 4 km was good for me and I had a strong feeling that I could continue without stop for 10 km.. But, as it goes, 5 km.. my body told me I could do it but, my mind told me “ok Ling Ling.. If you still push yourself, you will get faint and there is no one to help you.” As my friends were no where to be seen and I was running alone without them. No wonder HubbyPanda told me.. an athlete always need to keep a positive mind.. which I failed badly..

After 5 km, you could see me walking, running, washing my face with mineral water and even towards the extend pouring the water on my head.. and… you can’t believe that I actually started to walk and enjoying my dark chocolate towards my 7 km.. wth..

And, finally.. We reached the finishing point.. Satisfaction level… GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

There were a lot more activities throughout the days but, we decided to left after the run. So, if my number 2290 was called for lucky draw after that.. meaning I am not lucky afterall.. haha..

Due to excessive eating after the run today, where I felt so guilty, I went for a swim in the evening just now.. Really make me wonder where I get my stamina today..

I need to lose weight… REALLY..
