Stress..
I didn’t know what causes all the stress.. Blame it on the hormone, work, and maybe the ants in my house. or.. or.. the rubber band (I dislike rubberband in my house) or.. or.. maybe on people who ordered taugeh -bean sprout as side dish.. (beh tahan. I hate bean sprout and I felt so agitated seeing it) =______=
Ok. I am stress. Big Full Stop.
Or.. perhaps.. it s really a hormone. I finished my EPO (Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil + Fish Oil) and no intention to buy a new bottle as mom bought me a super big bottle of Fish Oil- Salmon (different brand) which I can consume for.. like.. 1 year lor. But, but, the outcome for both bottle was so different. Cry.

Where during my break:-
1) I do not want anyone to disturb me
2) I do not want anyone to disturb me
3) and, I do not want ANYONE to disturb me..

And, as for now, the only thing can de stress me is only through exercising.
Geezz.. I still look good during exercise and all sweat eh.. Pai Sei..

(Hey.. at least Guinness Stout is proven to reenergize you if you take it before sleep-best taken if you are very very tired..)
