What I did was just to rest my eye more, reduce my time staring at PC and look at more green things.
And, went to see a young smart doctor to get myself an eye drop.
But, he told me not to wear contact lens at the moment which I gave him a reply “HUUUUUUHHHHH?!!! And he just laugh. WTH!!
