Splash…

I remember when I was young, I used to go to the seaside to swim as we stayed quite near to the seaside. I would sometimes raced with friends to see who swam the fastest but, I couldnt remember who won. Ok.. that was not the problem. But, the problem was I DIDN’T KNOW how to swim and yet I could race with friends who couldn’t swim also. How?

Well, it was silly. We would move with both of our hands on the sand, leaving the leg floating (as if swimming).  lol..

It had been very long since I told myself I needed to learn to swim. But, somehow rather, I just couldn’t absorb the skills of swimming even many people had taught me how. Probably swimming is just like learning how to ride a bicycle, where we need to be consistent in the learning process until we master the skills. But, everyone has to go through pain from falling down from bicycle before they know how to ride. Does it mean I have to drown myself first before I can swim? =_=”

So, maybe I should at least spend one hour a day jumping into the swimming pool and start kicking and struggling until I can master it. Should I? Will the other swimmers get injured with my kick? Or, maybe I should at least jump into the baby pool first. I don’t know. But, I really need to learn fast. Hmm.. maybe I should just change my swim suit to HOT PINK colour to kick me motivated.
