lol..
I used to feel baking cake needs a lot of time and more costly than buy a whole cake from shop..
But, not anymore..
And, I truly enjoy baking cake now. It is as easy as ABC. Even kids know how to bake. But, careful on the after mess..
Ok. What I need to do is to:-
a) Buy a cake from the cake shop and tell eveyone that I AM the one baking it. (OK.. Lousy idea k)
What I really need to do is to get a ready cake powder mixture from the bakery shop. And, it was cheap. They do sell various types of ready mixture such as butter cake (I like most), chocolate cake, sponge cake, muffin and etc..
Other than that, I just need to get ready butter or milk depending on the type of cake that I will be baking.
And, the results will be 99.9% success. I would leave the 0.1% for those who are not suppose to bake at all. lol.. (So lc)
I baked Moist Chocolate Cake last week when I was not working and the end result was good.
Thanks my colleague Yati for allowing me to have her Ready Mixed powder as I had no time to go to the bakery shop. (Or to be exact lazy)
The onpack methods were as below:-
Ingredients:-
A. 170 grams butter
B. 270 grams fine granulated sugar
C. 3 eggs
D. 270 ml fresh milk
E. 1 packet MOIST CHOCOLATE MIX
Method
1. Cream A and B until flight and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time and cream until well combined.
3. Slowly add in E alternatively with D till well combined.
4. Pour mixture into a greased and lightly floured 9″ round baking pan.
5. Bake at 180 C for 50 minutes.
and, tadah..

Thanks for those who help me eat the cake. FYI, I HATE CHOCOLATE CAKE!! blah!!
Not to mention that there was a fire inside the stadium.. (But, I have to mention it later..blah..)..
T Music Festival WAS A BLAST!!
Thanks Nuffnang in collaboration of Tiger Beer for giving me a chance to attend the much awaiting concert.

I went together with Hubby Panda and reached the Bukit Jalil, Stadium around 7pm. The concert started close to 7pm sharp. Good. But, since the concert featured a lot of singers, we could see that the singers were as if rushing for time, just like relay runners passing the batton microphone to another singer. No time for long talk.. But, just Hai and bye.

The featured singers were from Hong Kong, Joey Yong, Justin Low, Kay Tse, Fang Da Tong, Soler & Kenny Kwan. Taiwanese singer included David Tao, Dong Li Huo Che, Sam Lee. Jade Liu and Ocean From China. James & Chin from Thailand. Kelvin Tan from Singapore. And from Malaysia, Z Chen, Eric Lim, Kay Kwok Siao Wei, Manhand, Andrew Tan and Rickman.
And, with generous RM168 seating, I managed to see them quite clearly from my place. good.

Dong Li Huo Che (Powerstation) one of the photo I managed to take.
Good as it was, some technical error happened in between the concert. The first was I got dissapointed when ManhanD was singing my favourite song. Can’t remember the title of the song but it started with “Zhe gou sai gai” (This world).. and, the guy who was supposed to sing not able to do so as there was the problem with his microphone. Dissapointment. I like this song as it was so gay. Yes! Gay.. lol
The second incident happened when the stadium power cable was caught with fire and the whole stadium blacked out. And people seems to run out of the stadium. But, not all. Guess Malaysians to some extend still take things for granted. Selamba.. Still taking photo of the fire, remained seated seeing the “savior” put off the fire. And, looking with “wow” on their eye. I can’t remembered being thought this way at school by fireman during fire drill training. What I was taught was run. And that was what I did. lol.

OK.. back to the concert. Bravo to them for manage to put everything back to normal again in 30 minutes time.
By then, the kiasi me went in to my seat again and continued to enjoy myself throughout the night. And, glad to be able to see Lee Shen Jie, David Tao and Fang Da Tong. So romantic.
Though the time given for them to sing were short, they still showed their very best. The firework rock!! The audience was great.
The concert end about 2 am. It was a good. real good. It was a memorable night.
Ya. I was having my lunch at Boston. Cannot meh?
But, not really at Boston, US. I wish.. i really wish it was there.. But, knock.. knock..back to reality clumsypanda.
At least I found a new place to hang out in the future. Boston Chill Out. A quite new restaurant located at 32square, Section 19 PJ. (In front of Toyota Centre.)

I went there for lunch today together with Miko. As we wanna tried a new eating place.
Initially, I thought it was a pub. And was like “huh.. we gonna have lunch at pub. cool man” But, other than beer/ hard liquor, they did serve variety of food from Chinese Food to Western Food (with funny funny name)..
The decoration of the restaurant was really impressived. Combination of wooden and stones, with craving of trees and flowers on the wood. Nice. And, nice songs too. I liked it best with their seating arrangement. It was like I was hanging a “Do not Disturb” sign beside my table and then, had my own privacy there.
Privacy- That’s what I need now. It’s a place for me to relax when too much noise been loitered around my brain. I need some quiet time. yes.. quiet.
How I wish it was not working hour. WTH!! One hour lunch break was too short for me to relax here. It was when Miko joked that we ordered beer to drink. Yeah.. yea.. how I wished too.. BUT, IT WAS A WORKING HOUR..

The food that we ordered.. ( They needed to improve on the serving time)

C’est La Vie

It was a serving of rice with fish and fried egg..

Volcano Eruption-Rice, Squid, mussle, prawn and popiah

Now I know why it was named Volcano Eruption. . I was wiping my tears when I ate this. It was so spicy.

Ice Milk Coffee- No choice lor. It was working hour mah…
Total Bill = RM38.30 only
Overall, eventhough I was dissapointed with the Volcano Eruption, I will definitely go again to try their other food. I just like the ambience. And, I guess it was best to go for dinner when I am not rushing for time. When I could really sit down and enjoy.
It is “lu gui” instead of “nu gui”. (thanks Alice for alerting me..
)
Dear Diary,
I admit.
I am addicted to one of Malaysia Chinese Music Station 98.8 of their ghost slot. During this slot, a female ghost or better known as “lu gui” who died 300 years ago, will “appear” at the station and using her own cute voice, cute story, talking about current human issue. It was so damn cute that I always kept my fingers cross so that my office phone or handphone or whoever it is will not disturb me during 1 minutes of the appearance of “nu gui” everyday at 2:30p.m from Monday to Friday.
It will start with eery eery music and sound continue with the ghost saying ”Da Jia Hao. Wo shi Lu Gui” -(Hello Everyone. I am Female Ghost). But, the voice was so damn baby cute..
And continue with talking about her world, and the reality world.
One of the topic that I listened talked about how some chinese blamed everything to ghost especially during the 7 months of Lunar New Year or better known as Hungry Ghost Festival. e.g. accident was caused by ghost. Bad luck was cause by ghost. Sickness was caused by ghost. Parents told children don’t go out so late because of ghost. .. (sad case) etc..
The “lu gui” started by telling that she was very sad. As everyone seems to blame on ghost for whatever happened during these month. And, she ended with saying “Is it when human being face with constipation also the fault of ghost..?!!! ” lol..
After the slot, the DJ “Sin Yi” (Sorry, dunno how to write in chinese), will start to discuss the topic with the listener and it was a good source of knowledge too.
So, if you want to have a clearer picture of what nonsence I am talking here, better tune in to station 98.8, 2:30 pm sharp every Monday to Friday. Enjoy..
pskk..pskk.. Hubby Panda was addicted too.
