Never in my life that I imagined that I would be hiding in a toilet together with Hubby Panda as self protection.. (just like in movie with no door to escape).. lol
While we were at Sitiawan last Saturday, we stopped at cyber cafe before continued our journey to Penang. Just merely 10 minutes at the cyber cafe, we got a shocked when a man walked in with a long parang and was quarreling with a guy beside us. So, a normal reactioned, I ran for my life and was at dead end when I found the back door was locked. Pale and in fainting mood, I suggested to Hubby that we hide in the toilet.
Sweating cold. We stayed in the toilet for a while until Hubby Panda decided to walk out to have a look at outside environment. (So brave of him) And then, the troublemaker was nowhere to be seen. I didnt know what happened after that. We paid and went off and I told Hubby I am not going to cyber cafe anymore. As it was already 2nd time I encountered this incident.
The first incident happened during Chinese New Year (at different cyber cafe) where a dad came in, took off his shoes and started beating his son and scolded us for being at cyber cafe. Then, I heard sound of glass broken.. allow me to give him a super blur look..Salah siapa? (whose fault?) His son addiction was the fault of cyber cafe owner?
The moral of the story is ..
a) always carry parang with you
b) always carry a longer parang with you
c) subscribe to wireless broadband (can online anywhere I like with my laptop)
haha, that’s a wonderful suggestion!
