The Bak Chang Making

I never know I was so .. ehem.. talented in making Dumpling or better known as Bak Chang until I hands on to make it last Saturday.  I had heard enough of stories of people making it and how the dumpling got “burst” mid way while cooking, and I was prepared to face the same thing also. But, proud to say, my dumpling all came out nicely without even one got burst.. Ha ha.. So proud of myself.. Pai Seh.. But, need to see who is my master also la.. Of course my mother..

Knowing that I am a very very very (x100) impatient person, she warned me beforehand that making dumpling needs a lot of patient. And it was true enough.. It really tested my patient but, the satisfaction level seeing my dumpling turned up in good shape was .. good. Real good.

Maybe I should consider selling Bak Chang if I am out of job one day.. :P

“Seven, Miss,” he replied.

“No, David. You have four rabbits, I give you another two… how many do you have?”

A Night @ Bojangles, Sri Hartamas-Bye Bye Teacher

Yeah.. I know I was sick. I know I should had quarantine myself at home. But, it was a special event. Event that I was waiting for. Die die also have to be there. So, pardon me if I spread the sickness around when I was enjoying myself yesterday night. BLAH!!

As I had posted in my blog months ago that I was learning something new and is learning hard, but, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to stop learning. It was due to my beloved teacher- Mariche will be going back to Philiphine soon. That’s the reason we students had gathering yesterday night at Bojangles, Sri Hartamas for her farewell. CRY!! I HATE FAREWELL!!!

She is a very good teacher, guidance and is very patient with the students albeit she in only 22 years old. Never for once she lost her temper but, showed the avid interest in music. I am going to miss her.

I reached Bojanges (pub & cafe) and was caught by surprised as the main entrance was closed. But, as I walked nearer, it was written in the main door “Closed for Private Function”- wow..cool. Booked the whole pub for Mariche Farewell.. We had buffet dinner there and special performance by all the students.. And for the first time also I attended a function where all the guests could sing so well. I had to hide at one corner. Shy..

Missing you.

I enjoy myself yesterday night. But, too bad I had to excuse myself early as I could felt my fever getting worst.  I don’t want to be caught fainted at the happening event and the attention was on me rather on Mariche. Huahahaa..

So, what had I been learning? Music!!! And to be precised.. SINGING. Next.. I was considering DANCING.

Yes.. I am sick. Down with fever, cough, flu, body aching. AND THE WORST IS… I went to see doctor and was given full load of medication and of course MC for today. So, once I reached home, I took out all the medication from the transparent plastic bag without realising that I had mixed up my medicine with hubby panda medicine-PANADOL. (Hubby Panda was sick a week earlier) So, I started swallowing all those bitter medicine.. without realising I had taken my own 2 PANADOL and Hubby Panda 2 PANADOL, total 4 PANADOL at a go. No wonder I had a “good” sleep after taken all those medication. WISH ME WELL..
