I went to Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) for a badminton game with Adeline yesterday. It was my first time playing game inside this church as most of the time I only attended the Sunday Service then “chow”. 
Well, I even managed to get to know new friends there. 
I had a fun time there but, my whole body aching today probably because I did not warmed up yesterday. I even went to the gym just beside the badminton court and walked on the treadmill for more than 40 minutes. Siow.. Maybe my buttock pain was because of this. Ha ha..
Well, I am not a pro in badminton game as I don’t even know the rules of the game. I just enjoy hitting the shuttercock. As long as I managed to hit the shuttercock I am satisfy. Anyway, rules is still rules. Thanks Karen (my new friend) for teaching me the rules of the game.

Well, lucky today I bo cho kang. I was so tired and just don’t feel like going anywhere. I just need rest. But, I did went to Taman Tun to jog just now with Hubby Panda. Quite a lot of people today.
OK… that’s all for today.
p/s:-Any remedy for getting fair fast? Let me know. Cause I am still suffering from sunburn and “2 tone skin”. And, I need to get rid of the “2 tone skin” by early next month as I have dinner to attend. A bare back dress with a “2 tone skin” is a big NO NO..

I use to join him last time. But, stop after a while. And, I never serious about the game. So never bother to learn then .

no worries …. last time when i started to play badminton … i had muscle pain each time i play but the plan got lesser in each game.
Let’s have more games … we can earn from the other pro – gals… they are so cool… and get to know them them as well…
