Day 29 Coffee to Slim down??

Thought of doing so many many things but, wish I could have more time. JUst want to escape from this boring “every day the same” life. Sigh! WIsh I could do something different, like.. going for Holiday with just a small bag and come back with very big bag. Hua ha ha.

Okey.. nonsense aside. Well, my colleagues and I did plan to go holiday again.. Somewhere near. Maybe to the same place again. POrt Dickson. Well, we just went there 2 months ago. ANd it was super fun with each of us really enjoy ourselves.

Ok. This is what we do last time. We started our journey on Saturday evening around 7 p.m. 5 of us in one car. 3 guys 2 girls. We reached PD checked in.. and guess what!! The sea is just below our apartment balconi.. I can just sat there doing nothing except looking at the sea. . Ha ha. then, we drank, we ate, we played tang long, we talked, played mahjong, walked by the seaside, slept very very “early” in the morning. woke up prepared breakfast for . you know.. guys.. then, walked around take photo, eat, swim, and.. checked out on Sunday evening. Head to Seremban for our Seremban Ketam bakar. Taste… one word “GOOD”. So, we plan to go there again. :P

OK.. as for today meal.. i think I am going from bad to worst. I drank 1 cup of coffee in the morning. As for lunch, I ta pao fried rice in front of office. Then, I ate little bit of Super Ring in the office. Lucky I got my colleagues to finish it for me. If not.. teruk. THen, I came back home and eat Mamee Instant noodle. Suddenly feel like eating. :P

My colleagues ask me to take coffee to slim down. IS it true? Good quality coffee, warm without sugar & milk. :P
