Not in a good mood to scribble much here today. I will just cut it short. This is what I take today:-
Breakfast: Bihun with “Si ham” and sambal plus Nescafe.
Lunch: one VITAGEN Honewdew & one MG Low Fat Yogurt- PLain flavour.
Tea time: Biscuit and Coke
Dinner in office: Super Mee Cup – Tom Yam flavour plus an egg. And one bowl of home cooked soup.

Oh Yah, before I forget, yesterday night I was too hungry so, Hubby Panda went to Ta Pau malay rice for me. With sambal mini egg and prawn and tau hu.
SOOOO FAT as I take my dinner at 10:00 pm.
