Very busy day in office.. So damn tired.. Meeting, reports,…..etc.. How come it is not “TGIF” mood for me?!!.. Arrggghh. How i wish i will have more time this week. Cause.. well, i will be going on a long leave next week.. Hi hi..
Well, my diet today seems so so only.. My colleague again laugh at me for gaining so much weight.. Well, listen here.. I am serious about losing weight k.. So, don’t main main.. See the results..err..err.. SOON.
My meal for today..
Breakfast: Banana & Chee Cheong Fun & Nescafe.(No choice. Have to take. Cause I had a meeting in the morning. If not my stomach will start to make noise. Laparlah tu). FYI, I told the mamak boy I wanna have Nestum..But, he gave me Nescafe.. Sigh.. Time for him to Korek his telinga. ANyway, I heard from one of my friend, Mamak memang don have Nestum one. Is it a correct Info huh?
Lunch: Yam Rice n “Zhu Zhak” (One of my favourite.:P) & 1 Honeydew VITAGEN and 1 Grape VITAGEN.
Evening: Marigold No Sugar Added Apple Juice. (So refreshing)
Dinner: Fish Porridge.. (Quite tasty porridge)
Well, almost tempted to eat ice cream cause a friend of mine keep asking me to eat Mc Donald Ice Cream.. Ha ha.. But, lucky i was firmed enough.. So, no thanks to this friend..
Well, maybe I eat a “A little Bit” too much today.. But, at least improving K.. I use to take Char Kuey Tiao plus curry soup or bihun or nasi lemak or Roti Canai n coffee in the morning, snacks before lunch, heavy lunch (Mee/rice), kuih for tea time, and late and heavy heavy dinner.. and… still looking for things to eat after dinner k.
